I learned that theories affect individuals, families, groups, and organizations.  Theories describe and predicts behavior, it explains how a person interacts with their environment.  Theories are also frameworks for the future that help explain certain behaviors and give an ideal on how to address particular situation.

 This project was chosen because I was given the opportunity to particiapate with Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institution staff members at the Homeless Coalition meeting. Here I learned about community housing for low income citizens in The Greater Chattanooga Area .  This is a monthly meeting for Moccasin Bend.
